Not all at five. The stuff that was bought a year ago was at 5, that's the stock that is being unrestricted today (It needs to be held 1 year, that's why it is sold at a discount). People that bought two years ago paid 2, and I think people that bought before that paid less. But yes there could be overhead selling at 5, at least in theory.

However, I think most of this is over, IMHO. Why? Because the cat is out of the bag, and the time for tax loss selling is over. People like yourself now know what has occured (it was not insider dumping), and they are aware of the games market makers play. Don't assume AIMS won't attract new buyers. They are projecting 300 malls online by years end, and by my calculation it is undervalued. Good news will erase all of the delays, and this will kill the arguments for selling.
