Yes, I plan on jumping back in because I seriously think that CBNR is a good long-term investment. However, they have some issues to resolve before the stock price is going anywhere; namely, the Union stock dividend and another, in my opinion, the name of the company. (Among the many others already mentioned on this thread). Maybe being in short is not that bad after all, as a temporary position -- except that I'm low on cash, would have to sell another to cover CBNR, and this leaves me spending much of my day watching stock quotes --LOL!

I've seen where other companies have had multiple headaches for issuing stock dividends through spin-offs, such as is the case with another penny stock I am in right now, LEAH. As far as the name goes, maybe it's not all that serious, lots of companies change their focus after a while. Of course, no one is quite as funny as Pure Water Sciences International Inc., PRWT, because they are in the banking, brokerage and medical accounting businesses as far as I can tell!
