Does anyone have problems w/ their Etrade account balances/portfolios? While account positions have always been correct, the portfolio has always been a mystery to me.. it would delete my holdings (stocks and options) at will - for example today I checked my portfolio my DCLK and TMCS call disappeared !!! I certainly didn't delete them... Another problem is that their account balances doens't include my option longs/shorts values thus greatly understating my total worth in Etrade. Not a big deal since the money is actually there if I check acct positions but it damages my confidence in them. I've called my Power etrade rep 3 days and every time got a promise that "it's fixed. will show up fine tomorrow" and still... not a darn thing happened. Also their promise of 1 business day reply was tossed out of the window - I sent in an inquiry on 1/22 and only got a reply today (1/30)... As a 3-yr Etrade customer and shareholder I certainly hope they don't fall victim to their own growth (reminds me of the AOL mess 2 years ago - which also reminded me that despite the problems I shouldn't sell my stock) :) Etrade employees.. if you are reading this do something about it!!!!
