What an idiotic remark by the CFO regarding advertising. How on earth can a company that sells services expect to grow its customer base except through advertising??? What's going to attract customers to its internet trading unit? ESP??????

Its no wonder the company trades at such a low P/E, they have no ambition to really ramp their business by making the kinds of strategic investments that have paid off for so many other companies.

I don't know if the management is disposed to a takeover, but, I would think that there is huge leverage for someone else to take these guys out. They seem like a "play it safe" management. Which is fine in some ways, but, results in the kind of valuation they have today.
