The company was founded in April of 1997 to provide customized, high-end database solutions to businesses who needed help in expanding their services to the internet. These solutions included technologies such as e-commerce, shopping carts, point of sale, lead generation, lead distribution, on-line banking, security, encryption, and search engine technologies.
After the first year of operation, management made a decision to transform the company from a professional services company to a company that engineered software products and marketted than to a broad market.
Our product, Visual WebTools(tm), was created with a major emphasis on ease-of-use and real value for the business owner. By using this software a small business can quickly and easily create a web site on the internet, list themselves with the major search engines, set up email and register a domain name. We provide all of the tools they need to edit and maintain their site from any internet-capable computer for no additional cost. They also have options for creating an online store front, generating leads, processing credit cards, communicating with their site visitors and collecting statistical information about who visits their site. This functionality, combined with the easy-to-use visual interface, provides the first point-and-click, total internet business solution for less than three thousand dollars a year. Anybody who can type a letter and click a mouse can successfully put his or her business on the internet using Visual WebTools(tm) software.
