Ma'am, I have been a computer professional since when we had CPM and 20 other non standard OSs like HICOS, and DOS actually stood for the Disk Operating System - the IBM mainframe 360 OS..............MS DOS actually derived its name from there, although it was very far removed from the IBM DOS. Been there, seen all that, learnt to accept and visualise the future in my own humble way.... :-)
