This is an important juncture in the industry. At present the industry is still very fluid but is beginning to coalesce. I still think Ultralife in one form or another will be among the front runners globally. How they capitalize on their transitionary period will determine if indeed they will emerge as the U.S. industry leader. Right now the U.S. industry would benefit greatly from the emergence of a U.S. leader--e.g. Intel innovation wave helped all participants including their competitors.
