MG, you are absolutely correct RE the buyback info indicated. Please note however, the majority of buyback programs announced by companies are RARELY completed within a short time-span. PAIR never indicated a timeframe to complete the transaction. My guess would be that the 7M shares will be repurchased over the next year or 6Q. PAIR management sells shares to add to their salaries, which is low compared to other high-tech firms, and low for So. CA in particular. What they make can be found in the 10K. In general, the shares sold by a PAIR officer is not that significant. Compare the volumes percentages sold. That is a better indicator. Chuck has a nice block (around 450k). When he unloads >50% at the same time, it's time to worry. Otherwise, these transactions are normal. Good luck to all PAIR investors!
