Frank Griffin I did ask you whom might be your candidate for President in place of Clinton or Gore. You told me you don't want Gore, I understand that, but if it were your choice -name that choice if you have one.

Personnaly I cannot predict that Gore or any one else would do such a terrible job in that position. Even you might be satisfactory because the job sometimes makes the person.

As for taxes, my choice for the surplus is to begin to pay back the deficit loans with it. After that is paid back, if ever, then reduce the taxes.
