It is obvious you have no clue Mr. Cheese. AAGP outstanding shares was half of PRFM and considering the very high point was 25 then simple math will tell you that PRFM hits no higher than 12 1/2 at a closing.

I understand that simple details like ratios have no place in your mind for trading purposes but since Anthony seems to be making statement on fundamentals and this is his thread, lets try to keep to logicals fact rather than dumb statements.
