Brian, that is a nice find. This company has plenty of positives and negatives. The negatives include it's an American OTC company trading in Canada, which is like putting a stamp on your forehead that say's "Hi, I'm a loser." Next is it's sorry financial history and the soon to be done reverse split. Did I mention it was a classic Pump and Dump in 1998? The positives (my opinion only), include their products have at least been reviewed well. They are aware of the need to position themselves as a net company (we know the potential there IF all else comes together). Plus, they have long been rumored to be going to NASDAQ and IF (that's supposed to be a giant IF) that happens this could be a real find. The only reason some of it sounds possible are things like its recent stock price rise (acually rather dramatic)and its attempt to hire a web specialist. The price says something is going on but it seems impossible to find any actual information. One to watch anyway. Glass.
