You can take any losing company and use the same logic.
You can say "all they need to do is raise their prices".

I think this is a moot point, anyway.
They presently advertise and sell their service as free. They do not indicate that they have the right to charge for this service in the future.
They could open themselves up to lawsuits if they did so.
