Someone emailed Tom Watts recently concerning
Voxel. His response:

"The HDI purchased was never completed since HDI did not have the financing.
Voxel entered into a contract with Wireless Netcom for a purchase which was
to close on January 6. Wireless Netcom defaulted since they did not come up
with the money either."
