I happened to be logged on and saw your question. I hope you don't mind if I take a stab at it.

The company as of Dec.11, 1998 had only one type of pfrd stock and 92,500 shares were issued. They also had 65,645,656 issued shares of common stock with 54,045,353 in reserve.

This month the shareholders voted to increase outstanding shares to a total of 200,000,00 inclusive of the already issued shares,
