I posted this on RB. I have been watching AMVR recently and decided to take a position when I notice the recent insider buying. They have 10.7M shares outstanding with 7M in the float. Insiders have purchased 225,000 shares since Feb. of last year with 45,000 shares just purchased the last week of Dec. and first week of January by the President and a Director. There has been no insider selling reported during the past year. Their is an interesting 8K filed on 14 Jan. that provides for loans to Officers to purchase shares on the open market and amends a rights agreement. In latest 10-Q companies backlog and sales were way down but R & D was to 20% of sales due to new projects. G & A was up due principally to costs associated with reevaluating financial and operating processes and procedures in preparation for possible future growth. They refinanced some long term debt and reduced the interest from 9.75% to 8.3%. Read the 10Q - it's interesting. Do your own DD - but I think this one is in the early stages of something that could be very nice. Their next report should come out around the end of January so I wouldn't be surprised if things to start heating up soon.
