The Chinese are masters at the art of talking optimistically with the left hand while they block you with the right hand. Very few foreign companies have made money there. I just don't understand why mining companies waste their energies in that country when there are so many other more prospective places...such as in Africa. They probably do this for the PR impact. Ram
