Fred... I can't speak for QP folks, but my guess is that they're inundated with requests for the new CD. I got mine early this week, but I think I may have been one of the first to request it. I'll bet you'll be getting yours early in the week. Meanwhile, can't you go back to the latest version and be up and running temporarily? Sorry you're down... no other ideas. Ken
