Wall Street never like any bad sign. CFO resign in such a critical time certainly not a good sign. Found a roach? Many normally will follow. I changed my mind on PRFM the minute I read the CFO quit news. I was bullish on PRFM and hold some shares. Now I feel I am so lucky I sold all of them on Friday. I will not short PRFM. But I know I will never look back to PRFM for a long time to come. BL
