A problem did occur on Friday 1/22/99. A quote server reached full capacity and was effecting the delivery of our data. This put our firm on an emergency alert until resolved. All normal customer services are put on hold at these times so we can devote our full resources to our accounts with open positions. Communications and our personal attention to prospective customers can suffer while we deal with the urgent situation at hand.

Many times the yelling and urgency of trading room conditions in critical situations could be interpreted as out of control and chaotic but in reality it is a high paced action and reaction to critical situations. Ever see S&P futures trading pit seem totally chaotic to me but billions of dollars are traded everyday without incident.

We are a fast growing firm and can suffer with some of the problems that come with that even though we would rather not. It is hard to anticipate and plan right for all situations. We do have an excellent business management team with a great deal of experience along with our expertise in software, technology and trading. Our focus will always be on people like yourself because we are from the old school when it comes to believing without you there is no business.
