Mitchell, my reliable source of information still insisted about an out of Court settlement for both, JNNE and BNEZ. Did happen and/or is happening right now. Keep an open eye about this please. Also very important; is any way to confirm if BNEZ still own those shares of BIOMADA? I own a lot of shares (ADOT) and I am doing DD this weekend and posting at the ADOT thread. ADOT own 23% of BioModa. Something hot will happen next week and I think is very important to stay informed because the shares owned from BNEZ in BioModa. Keep also an open eye at the ADOT thread next week. 250.000 shares it may be something big in the close future for BNEZ. So far we have PMA, the lawsuit and the shares (BioModa). Elio
