improvements are now finished. based on revenue projections and pe ratios projects price of $5 based on 1999 earnings and $9 based on 2000. however this is based on aquisition being complete by end of march 1999. One last thing BSR and quantum (unlike KONLIN) were paid money and stock (BSR $10000+7500 shares) for'the publication and distribution of the report'. david
