All these class action lawsuits revolve around one thing...the accounting for acquisition and the pooling of R&D. I think these lawsuits are based on nothing other than the fact that these lawyers saw the words "possible restatement" thus initiating an automatic class action suit by the ambulance chasers of the business world.

I doubt they even understand this and as has been said before, PSFT is not alone in this crackdown by the SEC on acccounting for acquisitions. It's apparently become a hot button these days. But from all I've read PSFT did not do anything fraudulent or with the intent to mislead investors.
