My experience is company with reverse stock split tends to go down further afterwards. This is a sign that management tries to cover up their issuing of tons of shares in the past. biz.yahoo.com How many outstanding shares does this company have? What is the sale number of this company? I understand that companies that are listed on the BB are required to report earnings (or loss in the case of this co.) this quarter. This company does not seem to have reported in the past.
