It's virtually impossible to find one of these that is undiscovered. RDIM may be a relatively undervalued stock by comparison to many of those being discussed here so far so this one may have a lot of BOOM left in it.

RDIM(OTC BB)-.83

I think RDIM investors will be seeing good news soon. How do I know? Well I was in Las Vegas at the company's meeting with investors and private wholesale buying club acquisition candidates. After I returned home from the meeting I heard from a friend who was still there that the company had inked a letter of intent. This news has yet to be announced but it should be out any day. In my opinion this news might hit even before the company's money show:

I believe RDIM is very close to announcing the acquisition of Personal Consumer Services, Inc., (PCS), which operates two (2) profitable discount consumer membership clubs. I found out earlier this week that a letter of intent was signed last weekend between PCS and RDIM. PCS has revenues which exceed $4 million with EBIT of 12% or $480,000. Existing assets in the form of accounts receivable approximate $3 million. The effect of this combination will enable the Company to launch its consolidation plan within the existing 150 operators of similar clubs nationally. The company may create a franchise/distributor program to fuel its expansion as an alternative to public financing.

I wrote a series of posts on why I think RDIM is going to take off on the InvestRight thread after I returned from my meetings with the company last weekend:

Subject 22744

The stock has actually pulled back a bit because many investors were expected the RDIM website to open as a demo site last week. Check out the company news releases:

biz.yahoo.com

Now look at the chart which looks awfully good to me:

dailystocks.net

Then imagine what will happen when the company releases press releases which will prove that it can marry the power of e commerce with the advantages of wholesale buying on complete product lines of major name brand manufacturers from A to Z.

I think RDIM is going to FLY!

Regards, Jeff
