i spoke to lawyer on friday that specializes on class action lawsuits against companies-currently going after over 12 companies. he said abtx is clearly an easy case but was not worth his time because their in trouble and their will be no money to collect. let me ask this the company just paid their lawyers in stock recently. i still can't believe people will not let go of this company with the way management lied to them. do you really think any company will buy this company with the huge liabilty with the lawsuits. it is pretty clear from the longs and shorts that the management mislead the longs. also, this company is printing stock and people should take into the effect all the dilution with the converts and warrants. this baby was an easy short. i covered to early because i didn't think any management, with advice from theie lawyers?, say the thing this management said and be so full of it. if you go back and check my past posts on this baby i tried to warn people of the risks in this stock but you guys are bunch of chearleaders and do not want to hear an opposite opinion because it could ruin your dream stock. keep your friends close but keep the shorts closer. when i invest i like to hear both sides of the story. if you held this stock within last month as the company did toxix coverts, pais their lawyers in stock, you should not be investing. just my opinion
