Memory problems again? Sheesh. Don't you even know how to keep notes? Jeff did, in fact, call the LV police, and was told they don't give out that sort of information. He reported this on the thread. I never said anything at all about a police report.

as a matter of fact, sylver was negotiating stipulation with dtc so dtc could be dropped from the case that day.

I believe you yourself told us that meeting was in the afternoon. The hearing was in the morning. And just a heads up: Mikey himself said in his letter to the shareholders that adding the DTC to the suit was the "next step". Contrary to what you've all been saying for months now, they were not, and still are not, a defendant in the case.

Presumably it can be verified. But it hasn't been, except by Mikey, through you. And I don't by any means consider that "verification".

And waiting and waiting and waiting... Doesn't it bother you even slightly that absolutely nothing Mikey said was gonna happen HAS happened? It should do, you know. Ever considered that very likely the reason none of these things has happened is that nobody with a brain finds Mikey and his conspiracy theories credible?
