CPU also had a lot of insider buying in September in the $12.00-$14.00 price range. Once the stock starts to move up, people will notice the insider buying. CPU does have some obstacles to overcome. They still have a problem because by law their on-line store still has to charge sales tax in all states where they have stores. But if they spin-off a separate company to sell on the internet, they can circumvent that law.
