Dear Janice, Do you have any background on Charles Kricfalusi and his relationship to Amazon? Or Greg Tiefer, for that matter... I do not find that Tiefer ever was an attorney, and certainly was not acting as one in the NexTech vs. Amazon case. I haven't checked every state yet, just the obvious ones (NV, AZ, CA, DE...). According to the moving papers in this case, Kricfalusi signed over shares in connection with a loan made by NexTech -- seems straightforward enough, but the loan documents were not part of the case.
