Silver, as you know I don't call the company and unfortunately I think that is the source of all of your positive info. There is not even the slightest hint of financial reports (well ok there is that passage in the updates with very sketchy assertions about what RMC was doing that you all got so excited about), that can give you even a framework for understanding whether these guys are shinning the shareholders or not.
There have been three events to date where you all have had some support to your hopefulness. The shareholders meeting, the Belize beer tent party for the Ridge Lagoon Estates and the IT office opening. Yet none of these events have had substantive subsequent follow through.
That shareholders meeting, is only now bearing the fruit of a rumor of this CUSIP and name change. Nothing has yet happened though.
Ridge Lagoon Estates has what to show for those plans back in July and August? 1 house, 2? have any really been completed? Are there really more going up right now? Why won't you all set aside this ridiculous claim that they are going to do 6000 or even 1800 or even the 350 lots they have laid out there in even the next 3 years? You know it's not realistic, it won't happen, but you all stubbornly refuse to admit it, at least publicly, because you seemingly don't want to give me or Rosario fuel.
And then there is the IT office in Garden City. Honest and truly without getting puffed up and believing everything you are told by the company, do you really think that there have been 32 traders ever at one time trading in that Garden City office. John Schmitz has refused to directly answer this question. Yet he says that traders have been turned away. I just don't believe this is a true statement. What eyewitness has seen this happen? And those commercials, how many after the report on Dec7th of one running have actually been aired. Are we to suppose that the 5/day over these seven weeks, 175 30 second spots have actually been aired? There is just no corroboration to be believable.
And that's the good news. I won't hit you over the head over there not being financials, if you won't insult my intelligence by trying to say that this is a good thing. Meanwhile with all of these other projects spinning in space there is a swirl of merger rumors and new divisions, and products to market. All with no verifiable assets or cash flow to support these activities.
I know you all get fed these snippets from various sources that post these things here I would imagine on occasion. You are all afraid to talk about the new disclosures openly for fear they will be discredited. Well you can't discredit the truth. And nothing will drive the share price like financial reporting.
Looks to me like your (collectively speaking) process to drive away dissent, drives away instead those that have only wanted to discuss things. But you would blame me for that. In fact the hard feelings that seem to abound here these days are a result of your process and not any bashing.
I know that some think I come here to diminish their wealth at the expense of my entertainment. And that is perhaps convenient for them to do so, but it is not true. I am capable of coming to positive conclusions, but I just haven't found positive data to support those conclusions. And absent financial reporting and with only the drip-drip of information over the phone from company management, I am doubtful that I can. |
