Glen Myers' response to my question about why the company did not make a statement on Friday till 3 PM. I received this mail late Friday around 6:30 PM PST. >>>I want to get back to you with a response. My highest priority is our customer base, and I had traveled to Phoenix Thursday night and was in an all-day planning session with the customer on Friday. So I've been out of the loop so-to-speak today. But if I can help you out with any specific questions, please feel free to send me email over the weekend or on Monday.<<<<< This is the second time (in as many tries) that Glen Myers (personally) has contacted me immediately after I made a request to talk to him.
