E; you're right about recommending EXGP @ 8.50 in Dec., and there really wasn't any formal requirement for listing a stock under $10 on the INDEX (and there still isn't, I'm just trying to keep the stock picks around $10 because they seem to attract the most interest from thread members) but, at that time (in Dec.), I had to make a call, and SLEU looked like a more compelling story. In the meantime, SLEU has almost tripled since your first post; WKWG has doubled since added to the INDEX; EXGP has also doubled in price and makes alot more sense to buy on a valuation basis than either WKWG or WCTI. The main point is: EXGP has a "web-portal" that WORKS !! sw
