Bob, love your attitude!! I own 13 different semi-equip companies. I did not "discover" COHU until just a few months back. I was looking to find some semi-equip companies that seemed to be the cheapest at the time that I didn't already own. I have been buying a little of this a little of that every couple weeks since last fall. Each time I would rework the numbers and make a list of the companies I would be buying. At points I have been selling some of my older larger positions which I thought were way ahead of the rest of the sector (i.e. NVLS, AMAT), and put the money in the lesser valued ones. I have been doing this to try to stay within the sector, but maximize my percentage returns. COHU looks to be the cheapest in terms of current price relative to earnings power. COHU had $.85-.90 quarters last peak, not even the big guys had earnings like that, and look at their current prices. Or look at current prices relative to last cycle peak prices, COHU is still WAY below and others are at new all time highs. I know I am "preaching to the choir" here, but wanted to state my opinion. I think COHU can/will play "catch-up". Friday evening I discovered something strange about my portfolio. In current value terms COHU is now my NUMBER ONE semi-equip holding!!!! COHU still looks to be one of the cheaper semi-equips. I am long, getting longer! Good luck COHU longs! Eric.
