But PRFM is late to the party. There are companies already selling perfume over the net with a lot of the prime real estate already claimed. Displacing an AMZN or PTVL or CDNW at this point will take hundreds of millions of dollars. PRFM has a million dollars in their coffers if they haven'talready spent it on a severance package for the CEO/CFO. That is why ATHM is willing to pay 6 billion for XCIT and YHOO over 3 billion for GCTY. It is cheaper and surer to buy web presence than try to start from scratch at this point in time.
