No, it was part of the ranting in the letter. Here is the excerpt:

"You action against Peoplesoft will hopefully result in a cash settlement that will provide the following: 1) Compensation to shareholders who have been wronged by Peoplesoft executives; 2) Teach a lesson to Peoplesoft management who misled shareholders while they sold millions of shares they personally held (including awarding an additional 900,000 shares (via options) to Al Duffield at the absurd price of $0.02/share); 3) Provide compensation to the legal team defending the rights of Peoplesoft shareholders."

I bet this was written by the lawyers themselves (typos and all) to try to drum up business.

But then, I'm a cynic.
