What brought DGIV back down was that they have signed agreements and not contracts, this is what I have heard. I also have heard that some contracts are signed and they are waiting for the beginning of the new year to release them. This may be why it is moving again lately. I've looked at the chart for NPEC and it looks great. I really do think things are coming together and we'll fly this year. I think we are suppose to start this coming month off at some point with a news release near the end. Monday and Tuesday we should see alot of volume, but we'll have to wait and see though. MSS
