1) I'm a novice at this myself, so can somebody tell me this -- take a stock like Accent Software (ACNTF) -- they've been trading for less than $1.00 for God knows how long and they remain on the supplemental OTC, no problem. What's the deal with the $1.00 rule? 2) The word is that trading will start at about 10:30 on Monday (according to the company). Also, keep in mind it was not halted on the Boston Exchange. 3) I jumped in on Friday, after the announcement, figuring that with a book value of $1.65, the risk isn't all that bad. Hey, if CMOZ is worth $120-200M, with zero assets (as far as I know), this should be worth at least book value, about $17M.
