Hey Ray, if Barricks says that in their opinion ARP is not worth a penny more than $183 million for their 60% share in the Valadero project and all of their other property, I think that they would have a hard time arguing that their own 40% interest in the Valadero could possibly be worth more than 122 million. I think that ARP should terminate the JV and pay Barrick 400,000 ounces of gold for their troubles. Under the circumstances I think that any court would find that more than fair. Any arguements?
