William:<trading speed> It's 9:30 pm saturday night, here in round rock. And my laptop is giving me over twice speed improvement, over where I was in california. I'm on an Austin local isp, and in a very new business traveler's hotel in round rock, which has very heavy duty switching system etc. This just how I want to feel, i.e. trading between now and the 16th. Several local young persons here in round rock, worked with me today. Every one of them seemed to "come out of the woodwork"---just what I would expect as a ripple effect of what dell is doing in the world. Even the flight here from oakland via ua thru denver, was effortless. I'm definitely feeling like this will be fun and extremely profitable. What a town, what a thread. I've been "elevated" to special handling block trade status, at Schwab. I'm making fewer, and larger, and better timed trades, and am very happy with the fills they give me. My last buy 40 minutes from the close was 29,000 shares AT MARKET. That is how much I trust what is going on. I NEVER used to put market orders in. ANY ADVICE? |
