Bosco, Thanks for your prompt and informative response. I'm new at this and am trying to be cautious. I've been running paper portfolio's for some time and feel I'm ready to try real money; but, the feeling using real money is quite different I know I have a lot to learn and appreciate your help. The amount of money I'm using is small and isn't needed for bills. I have my annuity in another account in very safe hands. When I posted this question I was hesitant because I thought it may sound foolish or trivial. So again thank you. I had some problem posting this message because I'm new to SI as well, so you may receive two posts.
