Here's another 2k NO.

Read a good portion of the proxy. The most interesting thing (which is on the front page) is that NOT voting counts as a NO vote, which is different than most proxies, in which not voting goes the way of the board's suggestion. I guess that is how it is with mergers (or in Mass.) All the same, I got enjoyed voting against the recommendation.

So, here's hoping for widespread apathy.
