I received my proxy material and annual report in mail today. I voted NOT to reelect Alok Mohan as a member of BOD. I think SCO should get rid of him and let Michels have that post too. I can't justify paying Mohan 600,000+ (300K in salary+100K bonus + overhead) a year to sit on his fat a$$. Afterall in my opinion, he was the one to be blamed for their past downturn. About time, SCO got rid of him and put that 500K savings in bottom line.

Anyone have opinion of trading on Friday. Fell to 4-3/4 and reversed back to 5-3/8 later on. I hate uncertainty when stock trades around 5 because of margin calls.

Also, Novell is listed to own 4+ MM shares (13% of total). Does anyone know how many do they have left after their recent sales?

Regards,

JK (long on SCOC+)
