Jeff, You are right, this sounds like an unhappy CPT share holder. I've owned Dells for 2 years now and have always gotten great service whenever i called customer service. We also switched to DELL at work because of the poor service we received from another vendor. This is my first post on the thread been reading now for a week after i got the link on the Fool and i have never gone back I LOVE IT HERE ! You all have got it together. Take care Frank
