Put that formula in to a custom indicator, display it as a histogram. The 0 line is the trigger, but at cross of 0 up, sell at cross down. I don't look for subtle changes, just the cross. You didn't tell me what type trader you are, or if you had done system tests. Friends of mine seem to have best success with StochRSI. You might check that version at equis site.
