IHTL HOLDERS
I have been following this company for 7 months. I feel this company is going to have a lot to offer its share holders.
The following is the DD I have done on the company. Of course I advise that you do your own. The company has 15 million shares with a 6 million float. Of the 6 million float I hear that 4.5 million of the shares are tightly held by a group of investors. That leaves an effective float of 1.5 million for the rest of us.
From what I can gather the company is positioning itself to do several lucrative things. Some in my opinion are new to the sport's world and could revolutionize the way sports are seen on TV and the Internet.
1. The company has bought BioCam a, company that can provide REAL TIME mechanical and physiologic data from a race car or any other race vehicle, boats etc, and the athlete. The first sport to be hooked up to the Biocam technology is auto racing with the IRL (Indy Racing League).
A previous news announcement by IHTL has revealed that it has secured a FOUR YEAR exclusive contract with the IRL (Indy Racing League) to hook both the car and driver up to the Biocam system and to show the REAL TIME data on both the Internet and TV. Other racing leagues also appear to be interested in their product, CART and NASCAR. Remember the IRL has also just signed Formula One for the year 2000. Formula One has the largest sports following in the world next to soccer. The data to be shown will at least be for the car MPH, RPM, G-force, gear choice and car temperature. The data from the driver will be at least his/her heart rate, respiratory rate, grip strength and body temperature.
The production name for capturing the above data on both the car and driver and showing it on TV and the Internet is called the X/T system. The X/T system can be used for any sport and any athlete. Boat racing, golf, boxing, etc. A recent news announcement has described the X/T system.
Revenues will come from advertising on the Internet and TV when the Biocam data is displayed. Remember car racing is the Number 1 spectator sport in American. The advertising dollars spent on advertising is very substantial.
Again, remember the X/T can be potentially used for any sport and any athlete.
2. IHTL is developing the Global Sports Network on the Internet. Several things will be occurring on the Global Sports Network.
A. You will be able to access Real Time news in time sequence from any sport, athlete, etc. IHTL is in talks with a major search engine to provide that data. Revenue will coming from the advertising on the search pages.
B. IHTL is going to sell a wide variety of sports clothes and items on the Internet through the Global Sports Network. A recent news announcement told of the alliance with Ichargeit.com. If you go to ichargeit.com they will be opening in the first of March. Global Sports Network already has a website on Ichargeit.com that says will be opened on MARCH 15.
C. IHTL through their Global Sports Network is going to bring Internet REAL TIME interactive gaming to Internet. globalsportsnet.com
This is a first and to me very exciting. Let me explain. With real time data one receives on one's computer from the X/T system from an IRL race: track temperature, curvature of the race course etc. you will be able to form your own racing team and have your own car. You will be able to set up your own car with the type of tires, how much gas, when to make pit stops, the camber on suspension, how fast to drive, etc. You will then be able to race against the real drivers at the race in Real Time. You will also be racing against drivers from all OVER the Cyberglobe. The prize money for those racing on the Internet will be significant. IHTL is now in talks with a major software maker of sports games to bring this to fruition. This was alluded to in the news announcement on the Global Sports Network.
This company for me has the signs of a potential winner. A limited amount of shares, Internet presence, a new technology for viewing all sports on BOTH TV and the Internet, E-commerce and Real Time interactive sports gaming where anyone in Cyberspace will be able to race at an IRL race.
Obviously, others are also catching the vision of IHTL as their has been heavy accumulation over the past two weeks.
