Brumell, I don't share your opinion on the rushedness of the financing deal. The total $ value is uncertain, but the bought deal part is far better than most private placements in this industry. The "subject to increase" clause is pretty standard with this type of deal. Probably it is to stop the company from jerking around the warrant holders. I'm not sure if the 120 days is intentional to keep the shares from trading or more to give the company that time to prepare the prospectus. The poison pill NR of last week supports my belief that they preferred not to have a major bullying them around just yet. I think that the NM article is posted free on the website. Bill.
