George, I gotta say that you have a great idea, but this is MUCH larger than it appears on the surface. This isn't a $5 million dollar problem. Voxel probably chowed through the 1/4 million in about three months and that was most likely with a reduced staff. In order to get this company to profitability it will take probably another 2 million in salaries and who knows how much for construction, insurance, etc. I'm not saying don't do it, I'm just saying that you need to be thinking about more than $5 million. Probably closer to $10 million. Maybe more. That is probably why neither HGRM or Wireless Netcom came up with the money. Dig into it next week, let us know what you find out. Jim
