According to some of you, if Amelio cuts, he is stupid. If he doesn't, he is useless. Can anybody be doing a decent job in a tough situation with you guys? How about giving constructive comments instead of unfocused complaints? What would you think if he sold Newton? IMO, it is not strategically important, a bigger company could better capitalize on the huge number of possible vertical applications, and AAPL could use the cash and clear the agenda to focus on Mac OS? But what is a "fair" price? Comments?
