I myself at first would be interested to know what posters expect from a domestic partner and a deal. If Wilson announces a deal the first thing after the pop is that posters are going to start bitching that the deal is a bad one...and what a £$£&%$ Wilson is for striking such a deal. There would be no point in trying to oust Wilson if we were to conclude that a domestic partner is not such a big thing... At the one extreme, Vivus could not take a revenue of say $7 on ALL unit sold in the US because then to gain the same revenue as they have now the partner would have to almost triple muse sales....well maybe that is possible. At the same time the partner cannot take profit just on US sales in excess of the current level...very risky. So what would be acceptable, what is expected of Wilson? PS Vlad I still cannot get my RealPlayer to work, something about there not being a DNS entry? And the transcript is not available yet. Do you have the precise words Wilson used. Did he actually say Vivus had offers? DaiS
