In his opening remarks yesterday, Bob said that the most important thing is not to try to guess when the next 10% market move might take place, but is getting your allocation back in line with your personal level of comfort. He said that recent run ups had many portfolios out of balance.

Is this Bob's warning that the market may be near to a correction?
