Freeus, Where are the Cayman islands located? What is the weather like there? Is it just a haven for tax evading criminals or is there a legitimate (according to the US government) way to live there and avoid taxes on Dell stock? My wife is a French citizen with a green card and I am a US citizen. Does the IRS read SI? Of course I keep telling her the best way to avoid taxes is to never sell Dell. Warren Buffet was recently asked if Berkshire Hathaway stock was overvalued. He said something to the effect of "I don't know, I have not bought any in many years. I haven't sold any either".
